The principle aim of this art is to develop practical self defence skills in the practitioner. Originally I wrote the system having researched and pressure tested techniques from arts I have studied over the years. My main reason for this was to teach my son practical self defence. As others became aware of the idea we had to move to larger venues and now have regular classes throughout Norfolk.
The club is registered with the Amalgamated Warrior Arts who as well as arranging the club insurance also offer regular association training seminars with top instructors. All our members are entitled to a 25% discount on these seminars.
